You must be registered for the AHA Annual Membership Meeting to reserve a room at the AHA rate for the Marriott Marquis. The AHA group rate has expired. Travel Discounts
The AHA is offering special meeting discounts for all attendees of the 2024 Annual Membership Meeting in Washington, D.C. over the dates of April 14 – 16, 2024. Simply call (or have your travel agent call) or go online to one of our preferred airlines directly to receive these special fares.
Airline Discounts
- Southwest Airlines is pleased to offer American Hospital Association Annual Meeting attendees discounted fares. To utilize the discount, book via www.swabiz.com using Company ID 99325251. Discount valid for travel 4/11/2024 to 4/19/2024. As a benefit of our partnership, travelers will receive 25% more Rapid Rewards bonus points on all qualifying flights booked via SWABIZ between 11/10/23 and 4/14/24 through and flown to or from Washington, DC between 4/11/24 and 4/19/24.
- Traveler’s Rapid Rewards account number must be entered at the time of booking a qualifying flight or prior to travel to earn such Rapid Rewards bonus points for that flight. Changes made to the itinerary after purchase may eliminate qualification for the bonus points.
- Qualifying flights include flights booked and flown through Southwest and flights paid entirely with dollars, Southwest LUV Vouchers, gift cards or travel funds, and with no portion of the purchase price paid for with Rapid Rewards points or Rapid Rewards Business Points.

- United Airlines is offering a 2-10% discount off published airfares and will vary by market and booking class. United Airlines reservations and ticketing are available by calling a professional travel agency, booking online via www.united.com/meetingtravel or calling United Reservations Meetings Desk at 1-800-426-1122. You will need to provide the Z Code ZNXF and Agreement Code 882349 at the time of booking. The booking fee is waived for all meeting reservations.
